Food was awful tonight and waitress/server wasn't much better. I never write bad reviews, today was an exception. Disappointing.
I can't guarantee that it is as good every day, but the service was outstanding. The food was typical for Olive Garden. Well made, and served promptly despite a full house. I feel the chain is over priced for pasta, but if you choose any Olive Garden in NE Ohio, choose this one.
Food and service was fantastic. I got soup and salad. Tried 3 different soups- all wonderful. Husband had rigatoni and meatballs. Dessert delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Wish I had his name to give him credit here.
The food is good but not for the price. It has gotten very expensive to eat here and the food quality doesn't match. The service was good.
I always come to this location and Olive Garden is my favorite place to eat. However, these past 2 times I’ve been have been horrible service wise. However, last night was the worst experience ive ever had eating out. The waitress I had (younger with black/brown hair with blonde highlights) took 10 minutes to greet us, and another 15 minutes to even get our breadsticks. 20 minutes after that, we tried to ask if we could add something on & she said “that is okay I never even put in your order” . At this point I’m getting annoyed but I don’t say anything since I believe to always be kind to service workers since I am one. She never checked on us to get refills or anything, & when it came down to our check she gave us one mint when we had 3 people at our table. I’m not the type to not leave a tip so I gave her 2 dollars extra when I handed her money for the bill (she was a horrible waitress & you cannot expect much of a tip if you’re just going to be rude & ignore us all night) & when we were leaving she made a nasty comment such as “so do you want anything else? Like maybe a tip?” With an attitude & made a nasty face. I would never ever give a customer that sort of attitude, especially if they were nice the whole night & paitent. Not coming back to this location.
