This was the first time I've been to a Five Guys. My experience was great. The cashier helped us out and was very nice. He even checked on us after we started to eat to see how we were doing. Definitely coming back and recommending them to everyone!
I ask and pay for bacon/extra bacon every time I go there because I am obsessed with five guys baco. I also ALWAYS ask for my fries and burger to be well done. But not only am I charged for bacon I am not receiving, I also never get my fries well done unless I check my
Order before leaving and ask to have it remade CORRECTLY. This happened twice in a two week span. I called the customer service line and had the owner of the North Olmsted store reach out to me by email where I explained this to her again. She sends me a gift card for $10. For two screwed up meals??? I spend more than that on just ONE order!? Really??? So I go back. Thinking it’ll be done right this time. Not a chance. I work across the street from this store and go out of my way to other locations or to eat elsewhere because of these repeated bad experiences. Especially after the owner only gave me $10 to make up for two terrible experiences that cost me at least 25 bucks.
Five Guys has the best french fries, hands down. Even when they aren't cooked perfectly, they taste great! Burgers are excellent, staff is always friendly.
Great burgers and fries every time. The order process gives you full control over what goes on your burger. Good stuff. They make a good milkshake, too.
A star gets knocked for two reasons. One, they do have an alternative to burgers--hot dogs--but this alternative is way too expensive. Also, waiting times sometimes get pretty long for a burger joint. Be prepared to wait ~10 minutes at lunch time or longer at dinner.
Overall good food and free peanuts in shell while you wait.
