How does a restaurant run out of soup in the middle of winter at dinner hour? Service is slow only two people on the floor took forever to get our order taken. The kitchen is super slow and taking forever to get our food. Sent back our food twice cold under cooked horrible very disappointed.
Disappointed they have no soup at all
It has been a long time since either of us had late-night Denny's. As it was a holiday, we stopped by the franchise in North Olmsted. It was truly the worst service ever, even giving a handicap to a late night chain like Denny's. It took us 20 minutes to be seated, with no Denny's worker/representative on the floor. A brunette with no name tag finally arrived at the desk and informed us that she would be with us in a couple of minutes. Finally being seated, we were able to place our order in another 15 minutes. We were given no water; the most basic of service. 45 minutes after, our transportation arrived and we left without pur order, water, or anything remotely resembling service. We understand this is Denny's and not some 5-star restaurant, but to be treated like we were, along with so many others tonight-7/4/2017, the owners/management may wish to release the current workers, as it is apparent these individuals care little for their work.
Literally just ordered food online from this location. Online said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Knowing the food service and how busy this Denny's is at night, I got there about 25 minutes after I placed my order. I get there, the girl at the counter says they are just boxing my food now and that it will be ready in just a minute. I get my food, get home, bit into my mozzarella stick and it was cold cheese inside. My fries were ice cold, my chicken fingers were ice cold and dry and my boyfriend's roast beef sandwich thing was cold, on soggy bread, with two slices of American cheese (it was supposed to be melted). Then I attempted calling the restaurant, no more than 5 minutes down the road from me as soon as I realized how horrible my food was and called twice, rang both times all the way through to voicemail. Horrible experience and a waste of 20 dollars. I will never go back to Denny's again.
I enjoy their petting zoo. Roller coaster in the kitchen was a great idea. Also having all midget as servers and having them wear all bondage gear was clever and makes a lot of sense! Favorite thing bout this place that I love is the lil stations that are set up to huff paint and gas! Bravo Dennies bravo
Tried to go here for breakfast this past Sunday, around 1030-1100am. We walk in and there was another party waiting to be seated. I believe it was the asst mgr getting their table set up. She didnt even tell the party their table was ready, just put the menus down and pointed in the direction of the table. Then we kept waiting...long enough to hear someone say they had to leave because they had not gotten their food yet. Meanwhile, the mgr and 2 other staff members saw us waiting to be seated. Someone else paid their check, and we still were waiting to be seated. Left after 10 minutes of being overlooked. Also during this time, they received a call from a large party that wanted to come in. When the waitress got off the phone and told the asst mgr, they both seemed annoyed. Won't be looking to go back any time soon.
