Great people and the most amazing food, I would rate it a 6/5
Worst food ever, food was not cooked , rice were half cooked , hairs in the food , and after asking manager to replace it , he wont listen to anyone , this chipotle needs to shut down . Too many times we have noticed hair in food , bad atitude towards customer, employess have all kinds off tattoos showing , piercing all over face and its a shame corporate doesnot do a thing about it. Wish i can give minus 5 stars
I will never trust to buy food here , there is no sanitary here to give good quality food , thats why people have been getting sick.
This is the worst experience ever,
I saw a customer came in with complaint abiut food , manager and the staff was rude to cust and they laughed in background ,poor customer asked for higher management and stire manager rudely denied and cursed at customer.
This is horrible business to deal with ,let alone we were sick after eating food here , people will get sick cuz of the poor food handling and sanitization here , do not order food unless u wanna get sick here people .
I literally used to come here a minimum of 5 times a week for over 6 years. Not only did I love the food (#obvi), but the crew was great too! It was a fun place to eat. Since the latest change in management (and there have been many!) the portions are skimpy, the crew is all new and look bored and unhappy, and the quality is way down. My wife just had three big pieces of fatty chicken. Also no toilet paper on restroom! Came back for the first time in months today. I think I'll give it another few months before I try again.
Food was fair. Need some work on cleanliness. Floor had a puddle of fluid. Tables not clean. Would recommend only for take out.
Service was quick, but when we sat down at our home to eat, the rice was very hard. i’m very disappointed because it was in all 3 of our bowls.
