These guys aren’t really that bad they don’t deserve a one star
I went in to get my grandma’s bracelet cleaned because she is medically ill and housebound. They said because their running a sale they wouldn’t clean the bracelet, I had to come back in 4 days. I explained my grandmas situation and that I was only in town for another day and there was no way she could leave her house. She said she still wouldn’t clean it. I would recommend that you AVOID this location AT ALL COSTS. That was a heartless experience and especially during the holidays. Never has ANY SALE ever impeded any bracelet cleaning, not ever.
