The service is terrible and they are unwilling to work with the customer. If you are short 25 dollars when trying to make a cash purchase they will let you walk. I am in the sales industry and I would never allow that to happen!!
THIS STORE IS AWFUL!!!!!! JBR CLOSED SO MY BOYFRIEND HAD TO TAKE MY RING TO GET A STONE REPLACED AND MY RING CAME BACK 3 WEEKS LATER WITH THE SAME STONE MISSING. HOW DO YOU PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS? I THINK IT'S TIME TO GET THE NEWS STATIONS INVOLVED MAYBE THEN YOU PEOPLE WILL STOP YOUR CRAPPY SERVICE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO SHOP AT YOUR STORE! YOU PEOPLE SUCK!!
