I will never buy from here again I've had a couch for a year and a half that I bought insurance on and within that time the fabric from under the cushions has torn from the top due to poor quality fabric and craftsmanship and when I called in a claim on my 5 year insurance they denied it and the store offered me a measly 20% off my next purchase. And don't bother trying to talk to a manager they will give you the runaround and send you an email instead of talking with you on the phone. This place is a rip off and the insurance is a scam
Great, friendly staff. Great selection for all budgets. VCF has really changed... it's worth looking if you are in the market for new furniture. I absolutely love my new sofa! The delivery guys were also top notch- in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!

We purchased a kitchen table, platform bed, and a sectional couch. It was delivered 6 days ago. It is absolutely gorgeous. Our kitchen table is perfect and the chairs are so comfortable. It is very hard to find comfortable kitchen chairs that do not need a cushion. Everything is very sturdy. Our bed i so much more comfortable to sleep.
Going to the store itself, everyone was very friendly and we were greeted right away. The lady was very helpful and patient while we took our time to look and answered any questions we had. The movers were on time and moved quickly and efficiently. Fantastic customer service!!! Will absolutely buy from here again in the future!
I had a service call for a recliner chair, and repairman was very courteous , helpful and prompt. Made the repair, found another
