They were absolutely rude and short with me. I don't remember the manager's name but it was a woman. She first of all did little to help with my problem and even suggested I just buy a new phone on eBay. And then she gave me the wrong total for how much I owed on my broken phone. I came in a half hour before closing and I get how annoying that is, having worked in retail myself, but still...take care of your customers.
The phone was broken a month ago and still remains. Service provided has never been worse in my 50+yrs.
I would never recommend Sprint, the protection plan or the North Olmsted, Lorain Rd store. They will be the most pleasant when trying to switch you over, just don't let the door hit you in the ass when leaving because that is the service you will receive. Any service is better than Sprint North Olmsted on Lorain Rd
They are always knowledgeable and courteous when I go in. Never have had a problem.
I'll never return to this store ever. Extremely rude and I wouldn't be surprised if it closes down.
Once at the store I was asked to call the protection warr co.. I was told by the 3rd party company that our phone did not qualify for the Apple Care and needed to pay $200.,.not $29.. We were told the day before by both Sprint and the protection co. we were covered and the cost would be $29., less than 24hrs later that was not the case.
the staff here was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. I came in with a billing issue that was caused by another store and they helped me get it fixed. it was refreshing to talk to someone who knew what they were talking about
I would give 0 stars if this was an option. Went there two times and both times the people there weren't willing to help. Awful customer service. The first time was regarding phone repair and they wouldn't tell me where their location was for repair. The 2nd time I went in to upgrade and they couldn't give me a price, but I was told by the sprint customer care twice that they would be able to do so.
I signed up 3 lines, one with phone protection. I was told for glass damage, take it to an Apple Store for repair. After stopping in at a Apple Store I was told this is repaired by Sprint. I revisited Sprint and was told we didn't have the Apple Care (yet I was told at time of purchase that's what I bought)" Sprint said they would sign me up for this at no addit cost, but wait 48hrs for activation then return to Apple. I returned to Apple where I had to make an appt.. The next day I returned and was told we did not have Apple Care. I returned a 3rd time to Sprint where I was told repeatedly "I can't't do anything", "we are not a repair store". After twenty minutes of Rich saying "I can't" and "you need to do this" (referring to me) I asked him to call the 3rd party warr.. I was told by the warr company to go to the Sprint store Ridge Park Plaza for the glass replacement. When I arrived I was told they can not replace Apple glass, but need to replace the phone - (Keep in mind I was told to go this store because they can replace Apple glass,...this was a Sprint store telling me this about another Sprint store ability,....they have no idea about anything , but signing you up and over promising and under delivering service)......
Horrific service!!! Being in the cust serv business for 30+ yrs and never writing a bad review I needed to take moment.
