We will see how soon I shop at that location again. What has happened to "Customer Service"?
1. Went to this location in Aug or Sept to inquire about getting a new cell phone. They did not have the one I wanted so I was assured that they could have it brought over from a different store. Days passed and text messages between me and the sales person confirmed that I would get the phone. On the day it was promised I received a text message stating the other store sold it. That is kind of funny, if it was promised to me and "on it's way" how could it have been sold.

I came in to best buy first time visit, Connor was my associate. He was very helpful to me! Give him a raise
2. Purchased a phone charger last night. It was an "Open Box Item" . I asked the sales person if there was an issue with it. He assured me it is fine and that the customer brought it back because it did not work with their phone. Hmmm. Well it did not work with my phone either because the person that bought it before me put a bad cord in the box. Did Best Buy check it? No. Did they even apologize when I brought it bacK? No.
This Best Buy has a pretty good selection of popular electronic items, from video games to computer peripherals to car stereo goodies. Prices are high like any B&M store, but the staff and store policies are very price match friendly. Returns and price adjustments within the return period are easy, and the staff are all helpful and friendly (including if you just want to be left alone). Overall a nice place to shop when you need something they sell.
This Best Buy store has been here 4 / 20 years at least. I remember coming here back when N64 was the big craze and they were competing against Sega. The store is come along way they always do a good job at keeping the sword looking fresh neat new even though this place is been open for a long time. Great products can get you any type of electronic that you need. Awesome great customer service
Kati that works in appliances is amazing. I spent the evening browsing the store preparing for building a house and trying to learn more about what I want. Kati went above and beyond explaining all details of gas/electric ranges, cooktops, refrigerators, microwaves, convection oven functions, even new tech in dishwashers. I feel like I got a good education on everything tonight and not the the typical appliance sales pitch. Kati is the type of employee that we all try to find.
