Overpriced garbage food chain. You guys just lost a customer permanently. I used to order the steak and arugula half sandwich and pick just the steak off as I choose to limit my intake of certain other food groups. One day I said to myself Wow, I would like just the steak, and more of it. I know they won't just ring up the steak as a side because that's "not possible." So I took another route and asked for a half sandwich with double steak only. Fill the middle please, because I'm not interested in the other fillings. They refused. Well I refuse to pay $7 for a bite of steak and 1 cut slice of bread. Or $10 for two bites of it. Sorry. Going to find new places to eat that will cater to people more. Food service is about personalizing items to make people happy. If someone likes your steak make sure they will continue purchasing it. I don't think I am being high maitenence. Panera staff is.
They never seem to get my online order 100% right or on time. I always fine myself standing next to the place where you pick up your order watching them make my food. Embarrassing
Manager was pretty rude to customer in front of me, and I ended up leaving because I didn’t feel like waiting more than 6 minutes at the register even though no one was infront of me anymore
Service wasn't good. Met a friend for coffee after work ordered a regular coffee and a pumpkin latte. Paid for it , she handed me my mug. And then told us she'll make our latte after she took care of the next person. So we had to stand there and wait. Next costumer was getting a big order. . Why did we have to wait we were there first. Guess will have coffee somewhere else now.
I work here and I agree with most of the comments. I hate working here as it is and when I try to call off because I’m sick I get yelled at. This place isn’t for me
