I had ordered a bouquet to be delivered for Thanksgiving. Our friends, their daughter, son-in-law and two kids were going to be coming to Cleveland to spend Thanksgiving with their son; we had been invited but could not go. Their plans changed, and we found out at the last minute that the son was traveling to Michigan instead. I called the North Olmsted store and spoke to Judy (I am almost positive that was her name. I was so worried that I had messed up and wasn't going to be able to do anything that I could be wrong.) who was incredibly kind and helpful. She searched the closest place to Traverse City, called the store there, arranged for everything to be switched to them, and even handled the delivery difference even thought I argued with her about it. The North Olmsted store lost the order, I felt bad, but they were sincerely happy to help. Our friends sent a picture of the bouquet and informed us that the kids were very happy that we found out where Thanksgiving was going to be.
Fantastic service! I received a phone call from the delivery man moments after he delivered the cookies to my friend. It was so nice to receive such personal service. My friend said the cookies were delicious and really cutely decorated.
