Clean and large with lots to offer as far as selection goes. But I'm really fed up with watching my favorite national brands being replaced with their version of the same. They're never the same! There are brands I trust and have used with great success over the years. So if they're going to give me a choice, make it a choice of more than just their version of the product. Though they're only 2 miles away from me, I'd much rather drive a bit further to buy what I want and find what I'm looking for, and do so without wasting my time trudging through a football field size store only to find out the well known brand has been replaced with theirs. The gas perks aren't even enough to bring me back since I can save far more money on a large bag of dog food elsewhere rather than having to spend $50 just to save 10¢ of a gallon of gas.
I like Giant Eagle because of the products they carry are high quality. What I dislike about the location in North Olmsted is that they don't have a cafe. They do have Star bucks but I prefer the cafe like the one in The Giant Eagle Market District stores.
They have a good selection of food items at a reasonable price and a state liquor agency inside. The butcher and deli workers were helpful and friendly and they actually had most of the registers if not all open during busy times.
The products and vast choices of them are fantastic. However this large supermarket chain needs to correct the attitude of some of their workers! I had 2 bad experiences with several of their employees. I sent my experiences to Giant Eagle! Absolutely no response from anyone! This not the appropriate way to gain trust from your company. NO employee has any right to make any customer feel like they are not worthy of respect . We enter the store and deserve the employees to treat us fairly and try to assist us!. I'm totally disgusted in some of their employees! Your job is to assist us and when I submit a problem Giant Eagle is supposed to at least return a call or email!
Order a birthday cake. Not only was it delicious, buy they decorated it so awsome with Christmas theme. Had frosting pine cones. Never seen anything like this before. Everyone couldn't get over how beautiful it was. Thank you Giant Eagle Water tower Square, North Olmsted.+
