Initial interaction should've been an insight of things to come. I took my mother there because she like one of the vehicles they had to offer. We test drove it and she liked it but the sales person refused to budge on the price. The car remained for sale for the next couple of weeks but finally came down in price. My mom called the salesperson and asked if the car was still available, and it was. She told the salesperson she wanted to purchase the vehicle and would be paying cash for it. She also told her she would be there in about 1/2 hr. (Travel time). When we arrived we were told the vehicle was being test driven at the moment and the people driving it would have the first option to buy. Well of course they bought it and all the past interactions apparently didn't mean a thing nor did the word of their salesperson. I have bought 5 vehicles from Kowalski Ford in Avon Lake because of how my wife and I were treated and what extent they went to to make us feel like we was their top priority. I do not recommend buying anything from Ganley, poor business ethics and even poorer customer consideration. Unfortunately we are not the only ones to experience this type of treatment there, check the Internet. I would rate them less than one star if possible

If you need a car, they are great here especially Nicole and Mike. Got us a great deal and very responsive and friendly.
