Repaired my iPad2 broken screen in one day and it works as good as new. Very good work.
We use PC on Wheels from time to time for repairs. The guys working there are very knowledgeable and friendly and it's convenient to our location. The repairs they have done have held up great. The price seemed high but probably the going rate for a retail shop. You could pay less if you wanted to find someone that does repairs on the side. We like the security of using an established business. The building lobby is awkward. You enter a small lobby and there is nobody there to meet you. There is an interior door bell that you push to alert the employees to come to the lobby. Walk up retail is not their primary line of business and they have to keep customer computers and data secure so I get the set up. It is awkward though and could be improved to make the walk in customers feel a little more comfortable. We will continue to use this business and have recommended several of our friends to do the same.
Quality insurance not guaranteed. Bought a faulty screen protector and case from them. When I requested a refund both the owner and store clerk were very rude and hung up on me. Extremely dissatisfied.
