The bread was hard as a rock and they messed up our order. I love Jimmy Johns but this location is not good. The guys were nice but it took well over 30 seconds to make a sandwich. I will not return to this location.
9:55 isn't 10. I know nobody is happy when a customer walks in in the last 5 minutes, but your whole schtick is you serve customers in less than that anyway... And I don't appreciate going out in the cold and driving across town to be told it was a waste because the shop couldn't be arsed to wait to start closing till after actual close. In case it's not obvious, someone trying to access subs at 9:55 on a Sunday probably didn't have their day go right and is hurting for options, rather than dining on a whim, I'd point out. It'd be pretty cool if you didn't jerk them around by not adhering to your listed hours.

I don't know how far in advance you START closing that you're unable to serve someone in the last five minutes, but it's either over the top or I can't imagine it's actually saving you that much time. Time spent closing shop is part of your occupation too. Do your job and be open when you're open.
Decent fast sandwich. Not gourmet but not gourmet prices either.
So SLOW. The last three times I've been in this particular Jimmy John's it's been filthy, the staff won't greet/speak unless they are spoken to and they won't say much. No smiling allowed. This time the stoner working behind the counter didn't know any of the terminology and wouldn't say more than two words. Seriously could not believe how slow they were. Turtle pace. Staff either needs more training or more incentive to follow the specific rules of working there. I watched 5 customers come in and not one time did I hear a single "Welcome to Jimmy John's." and maybe pick up a mop/broom/sponge. Anything would be an improvement.
