Best library ever the staff is nice and it even had a study/homework room for kids
I like this library alot. The staff is very helpful. There's always so much to do at this library for children.
My son and I love this library. It has such a huge kids selection of books and DVDs. Such helpful employees too!
It seems the employees are becoming more polite here than they were a year ago. I appreciate this. There are frequent equipment problems, especially with the copier/scanner/fax machines. I had BOTH machines keep jamming on the same day. A librarian came over and had to hold the #1 jamming spot down (where the paper feed is). She told me the other one had the same problem. She was helpful and this was the important part. All in all, it's a nice little library and I go there often.
My kids, husband and I have been regulars at the North Olmsted branch since my husband and I moved to N.O. 36 years ago. It is a great place filled with lots of resources and the friendliest of staffs. We get books, have attended meetings and events and obtained our passports here. Truly a great gem!
