Horrible experience!!!!!! I had an appointment scheduled to get carpets cleaned prior to my child's birthday party and they said they showed up and called and nobody answered!!!!! I was home ALLL afternoon for said appointment and missed no calls!!!! They did not apologize or offer any explanation! I will never use them again!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
From beginning to end, I was very happy with my experience. I appreciated the scheduling on the phone, as I asked many questions. I appreciated the email reminder and confirmation. I was told my appt. window was 9-noon and would call prior to coming. I received a call at 9:25 stating an arrival time of @ 20 min. Twenty minutes later Stanley Steemer was here! The carpet technician was very informative and pleasant. Having people providing a service in your home is not something I look forward too due to lack of dependability. This young man, Trayvon , was very easy to have in my home! I also felt he respected my house--no banging around, dropping things, scuffing things, which I find rare with people providing a service. What a pleasant young man! I would definitely use this service again, and I would request Trayvon!
