Oreck vacuum and bags, and headed to the Oreck Outlet in Strongsville, 15 minutes from home, where I had my vacuum serviced before. Turns out, that location had closed and moved to North Olmsted, another 20 minutes away.
Kudos to Oreck for hiring the likes of Mike and Christy, who reinforce the value and integrity of your products and services. I'll never have to hire a carpet cleaner again.

I asked them very clearly to call before completing the work.....they didn't. They did the work and were surprised when I took issue with them for not telling me in advance. In fact i had to call them to find out if the vacuum was ready cause they forgot to call me. Then when I went to pick up they were talking about me on the other side of the two way glass they couldn't operate appropriately.

I love the product. My oreck is incredible and I highly recommend it. However, the customer service of this outlet is not. It is up to you keep up on your yearly tune ups, even though the sales staff will reassure you that they call to remind you. I was upset but calmly voicing my concerns on the phone and was told that the store averages 175 calls a day and sorry they couldn't keep up with me. It's been 2 years since I bought the vacuum, Ive lost out on 1 years tune up.
