Jack Lowery is the best employee at Target he is always so nice and friendly to all the customers and always has a smile on his face!
I went to North Olmsted Target today and had a wonderful cashier but a horrible customer service experience. I had a cartwheel coupon that didn't work at the register, so I went to guest service and asked for the $2 off the coupon entailed. The associate who I went to, Kim, was rude and condescending when I asked her to take it off and talked to me as if I was trying to steal money from them or something. This is just one of many negative experiences at this location. I usually shop at Westgate and I know for a fact they would have honored the coupon and given me $2 back. I will never be shopping at this Target again.
Wal-Mart is better
This Target store was neat & organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldrecommend this store to others.
