Please be careful going to this store since everyone is a shoplifter to them.

She then said to us, "fine, I would rather not deal with YOU people." Implying "you people" as my elderly mother and myself, who are hispanic.

I don't know what kind of business KG is running but racism in retail stores is simply unacceptable. As marking items in a deceiving way is also not a very good practice.
When we told her that there must have been a mistake because all of the items were from the sales rack, she came around the cash register and told us, "show me." So we walked over the the rack, where there were the same items but different sizes and she said we were still wrong and that people must have placed the items there.
After purchasing almost $300 worth of merchandise, upon leaving the store we realized that we did not get the discounted price on four items. We returned to the register where the manager looked at our items and told us that we were trying to take items from the regular rack to the sale rack.
Buyer beware!!!

I've been a very loyal customer to KG for many years and I am shocked how we were treated today.
We returned to the register and she looked at us and said, "so what do you want to do, I'm busy today?" We were so upset with her that we decided to return the entire purchase.
