I didn't get a reciept from the machine so I asked the lady for it. She acted like it was a huge deal to get me my slip and acted as though she was doing me a favor.
Good Luck with trying to get the almost impossible sticker off that they put on your window!!! When I ask them to remove it.. in a polite way..you got it!! They can't lol..Loss money ... remove sticker! We'll not to smart to loss money thats why they're employed at BeeClean

Secondly, like I stated before, this was my first time at a self service carwash. I didn't know what to do and the lady was rude, making faces to the other staff, and made a crazy hand gestures as i pulled away. Very rude!
My husband got his truck washed at this car wash and it was not worth it. Only have of his truck was cleaned .It didn't clean the running boards or the rims. Yeah, their prices are cheap but just because it's cheap they shouldn't do a horrible job.I guess you get what you pay for!
Good price but the management does not respond if you have an issue. Damage happened to my car at the Westlake locationafter a staff member said it was no problem and I could go through without any damage with the plastc piece hanging below my car. Well it was immediatley ripped off. The attendant lied to the manager (not on site) and they take 0 responsibility even though i said before inwent through i was happy to pull out as i didnt want more damage. He instructed me to go through and said it was no problem. I spoke to the owner twice and he said the manager would contact me and he still has not contacted me after I spoke to the owner. Also their cameras were not working the day the worker waved me through the wash after inspecting the low hanging plastic.
