I typically get my oil changes and small service items done at the Sears Auto Center (maybe 4 or 5 times now)...... But I think I'm heading elsewhere next time.
I always rent from Avis and prefer this location. Arthur is friendly and courteous and is always willing to help me out.
The guys there always seem too busy to even acknowledge that I'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Just say "Hello, let me just finish this call and I'll be with you." OR, try multi-tasking, it's not that hard to look something up online and take someone's keys. If the Sears Auto Desk is going to be a waiting room, then put some chairs around there so that everyone knows they are about to wait for some period of time. Sorry guys! I'm sure you're busy but I am too!
Long lines, lack of communication from staff, and counter staff does not seem to be very knowledgeable or helpful.
