Kim was awesome! She was thorough in explaining everything that was going to be done to my car and what was done with my car. The waiting area is huge and comfy. The coffee and donuts and charging station for my phone was definitely a plus. It made waiting for my car not so bad. I will definitely be making this my Volkswagen location.
