The baristas are all very nice and helpful. Unfortunately they have an issue with consistency. I get the same drink almost every time I go, and it tastes different almost every time. I know each barista is different but the recipes are pretty standard. 75% of the time I have to get my drink remade. They also have an issue with having VERY bitter expresso.

Receiving 4 stars because despite their inconsistency, they always remake my drink with a smile. Great customer service is why I will continue to get my lattes here.
Love love love the service! Of course the coffee is excellent but the service made the experience.
It has been fairly good since it has opened. With the exception of this past Sunday. Our breakfast wraps were ice cold in the middle... frozen! One bad experience can wipe out a dozen good. For almost $5 per wrap, it's unacceptable to give them to customers inedible. Also, I am pretty positive it's a violation of food temp requirements for restaurants.
Everyone has had a short drink at Starbucks. This time %60 filled. The ratio was so far off it make the drink not taste good. Yes I'll keep going, but will check more often.
