I absolutly loved the girl who helped me (a little red head with long braided hair). I went in to buy my first pair of bike cleats and she helped me with everything. She really took her time with me and answered all my questions. Only downside was the price but this kinda stuff isn't cheap!
Good bike, decent price, bad service.
The guy I bought a bike from decided that I was lying about having been a cycling enthusiast for the last 10 years and decided to talk to me like I was an idiot. Once I committed to buying he was openly insulting and condescending about bike care and maintenance, all because I asked a couple of questions about hydraulic disk brakes. I'd probably buy online next time.
Great service and a staff always willing to help it seems. I paid a few bucks more here but I paid for the service and support they offer which is priceless. Great group of people and the best bike shop around.
An ok experience at best. The girl that helped me pick out a bike Monday was very nice and professional. I was told 3-5 days until they could get my bike which I was totally fine with. I head in Wenesday to pay for my bike and this is what ruined my experience. First off I'm financing the bike because it wasn't exactly cheap but I wanted nice quality. I hand the gentleman my paperwork needed to pay for it. He gets frustrated right away and can't figure out how to use the login in for the financing. Then he starts to make comments under his breath about the financing "this finance thing is stupid why would anyone use it" well I'm using it to purchase a product you sell so embrace that. If it's stupid then don't offer it and secondly don't make comments about it. I work for a high end car company and customer service is the biggest thing we do that keeps clients. Needless to say once I'm done paying off my bike I'll go somewhere more pleasant and friendly to buy and service future bikes. Oh one last thing is I still don't have my bike and it's now been a week.
Took my wife's bike in for a tire repair. John greeted us right away. What a friendly guy. He not only showed me how the 'quick release' worked on the front wheel, he encouraged me to practice a few times so I could do it at home. We were in and out in no time and the price was great!
